Requirements
(Continued):

Child is in need of residential
placement, typically for less than 30 days.

Child is not a danger
to himself or others.

Child can have no history of suicide attempts and/or
cannot be in need of treatment in a closed setting.

or placement inquiry at Jonathan's Place:

For children ages 0-4, phone the Infant Case Manager at (972) 303-5303, ext. 221, during business hours (M-F,
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
- For children ages 5-ll, phone the Youth Case Manager at (972) 303-1335, ext. 231,
during business hours (M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
